Dave lives in Spokane, Washington with his wife Kristy, where they started and led a church called The Porch in West Central Spokane from 2005-2018. Prior to that, he was a youth pastor in Oregon for four years, and again in Spokane for ten more. He holds an M. Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Whitworth University.

Dave provides spiritual direction both in person and virtually. He leads retreats from time to time where people can experience God in community and quiet.

Most days you can find Dave at Beacon Hill on his mountain bike or, when he can get there, on his surfboard at Pacific City. “Two feet and firing” is just right!
