You are invited to participate in the Ignatian Exercises with me this year, beginning in late September.
Ignatius de Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits, developed the Spiritual Exercises, one of the enduring treasures of Christian faith and devotion. This series of prayer exercises were written in the 16th century, but have continued to bear spiritual fruit across the centuries.
This retreat is designed to help you more clearly pay attention to the voice of God in your life. Ignatius originally intended those entering the Jesuits to experience this as a month-long silent retreat. As most people cannot dedicate a month away Ignatius adapted them to be experienced over nine months in everyday life.
Our retreat will begin via Zoom on September 25, 2024, and conclude on May 21, 2025. All group gatherings begin at 4 PM.
